It’s our fourth year on the “World’s Best Safari Outfitter” list by Travel + Leisure, and we want to thank all our guests who voted for us and made this possible.

This award is special to us. Recipients aren’t picked by a panel of judges or critics. T+L readers and travelers themselves vote for the nominees. It’s a sign that we’re on that right track, and we’re truly providing a life-changing, world-class experience.

A Special Thanks to Gibb’s Farm Guests

Thomson Safaris wasn’t the only winner. For the second time, Gibb’s Farm was named fifth on the list of “The Top 100 Hotels in the World.”

Many of our safaris finish at this luxurious eco-lodge, and we’re thrilled that it continues to delight our guests with some of the world’s best service, surroundings and accommodations.

Thomson Family Adventures was one of the first companies to exclusively offer family travel when it launched 20 years ago. As a family company, it’s a type of travel we consider particularly important. It’s incredibly exciting to see it join the ranks of the world’s top operators.
