Day 3
Arusha / Tarangire National Park |
Today you will depart Arusha, traveling southwest through
the Maasai Steppe to Tarangire National Park, Tanzania's fourth
largest. Your lodge is perched in the trees, offering a one-of-a-kind
experience that allows you a bird’s eye perspective
on the surrounding landscapes.

Day 4
Tarangire National Park |
Spend another day in Tarangire National Park, viewing some
of Tanzania’s largest populations of elephant and enjoying
the diverse scenery, including the dramatic baobab trees that
are so typical of the park.

Day 5
Ngorongoro Highlands |
Arrive at Gibb's Farm, a working coffee plantation and organic
farm this afternoon in time for lunch. You have the chance
to take an afternoon walk or relax in the lush gardens. You
may wish to enjoy afternoon tea on the veranda against a backdrop
of bougainvillea and an orchestra of birds.

Day 6
Ngorongoro Crater |
Spend the day wildlife viewing day in Ngorongoro Crater. The
Crater is a geological marvel boasting several vegetation
zones, including lakes, forest, and savannah. It is also home
to about 30,000 animals despite its tiny size of only ten
miles across.

Day 7
Ngorongoro Highlands |
Your morning will be spent in Lake Manyara National Park,
a unique park with an alkaline lake and breathtaking views.
Here you will view a wide variety of wildlife including lions,
baboons and countless varieties of birds.

Serengeti National Park |
After breakfast, continue your journey into the heart of Tanzania
by heading west, toward the Serengeti Plains.

Enjoy another day of wildlife viewing. Home to literally hundreds
of thousands of hoofed animals, the Serengeti is a pristine
and unique sanctuary that will give you a glimpse into “the
world as it was in the beginning.” Return to your lodge
this afternoon to take advantage of its many amenities including
the infinity pool or the spa (additional fees) for the ultimate
relaxation after an exciting day of a wildlife viewing.

Serengeti / Arusha / Depart |
Fly to Arusha late this morning for a farewell lunch, some
shopping and a dayroom to prepare for your flight home this
evening.
