Sarah Thomson Safaris Guest Relations

Sarah Jacobs

Receptionist & Guest Liaison

Sarah is a Boston native and is thrilled to join the Thomson Safaris Team! A great love of travel has led her to ski the Swiss Alps, snorkel a Volcanic crater in Maui, sail the British Virgin Islands and scuba dive in Aruba. She dreams of adding Africa and Australia to that list. In her spare time she is an actress exploring the Boston theatre community.

Megan Murphy

Guest Relations

Megan’s love of travel has led her to 100 different countries around the globe. Her favorite trip was trekking through the expansive, stunning Maasailand of Tanzania on a walking safari. With twin boys at home now, travel is not quite as frequent, although she thoroughly enjoys listening to the tales our guests bring back from the bush and is always striving to improve guest experiences.

Gabriela Gorman

Senior Tanzania Safari & Kilimanjaro Consultant

Gabriela is one of our senior planners with great firsthand knowledge to share with her guests! When she’s not planning people’s once in a lifetime safaris, she can be found studying as she works towards becoming a family nurse practitioner. In her spare time, Gabriela likes to bake, read short stories, and relax with her husband and their border collie, Handsome Jack.

The love of travel and adventure must run in Samantha’s blood! The daughter of a travel agent, she grew up traveling and so far has been to Canada, Bermuda, Italy, Scotland, Switzerland, and of course, Tanzania. Weekend rambles in the woods developed a love of the outdoors, which eventually led to leadership training with the Appalachian Mountain Club and a job leading group recreation trips in Yellowstone National Park. A wildlife enthusiast, she’s always dreamed of Africa and Kilimanjaro!
